Simple Turmeric Hot drink

 

Ingredients:

1 freshly squeezed lemon 1/2 lemon

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1inch freshly peeled ginger

10 oz of water

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients 

  2. Bring to a boil

  3. Strain to remove the residuals from the ginger

  4. Add sweetener, I use Stevia

Enjoy!

The simple turmeric drink is a great drink to help build your immune system and help with inflammation. Use a natural sweetener to keep the tea healthy. Remember, sugar causes inflammation.
