Beets are ruby red and have benefits you should not want to live without!


The nitric oxide in beets acts on the blood vessels to widen them, making your veins and arteries wider. The widening of the veins has tremendous benefits for the body. As we age, our bodies change, and we must add nutritious food to maintain a good quality of life.


Beets are great for the digestive system. Blood and oxygen are more easily able to get around your body. Beets' nitric oxide levels enhance performance when running, cycling, or engaging in other forms of cardiovascular exercises, especially if you are a novice.


It boosts brain power, WoW! We sure need that kind of kick.


Most importantly, the widening diameter of the veins and arteries helps lower blood pressure. It helps with muscle recovery and decreases the risk of heart disease. They combat inflammation, boost energy, and provide potassium and vitamin A.


Fermenting beets provides live beneficial bacteria culture in your food.


In conclusion, beets add color and flavor to your food. Add them to your salads' smoothies, or juice them. Just get them inside your body because you can't "Beat the Beets."
